Members of the Royal Family gathered at Horse Guards Parade ground in London on Thursday, June 15, 2024, to mark the official birthday of King Charles III with the annual Trooping the Colour ceremony.

The event, which has been a tradition for over 260 years, features a military parade and the trooping of the colors by the Irish Guards. The colors are regimental flags that symbolize the unit's history and battle honors.

This year, Kate Middleton, the Princess of Wales, rode in a carriage with her three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis. The King and Queen Consort, Camilla, traveled in a separate carriage.
